Use the form below to sign up and pay online for the Member/Guest and/or the Club Championship tournaments. Enter your information onto the form then click on "Continue" to proceed to the PayPal collection process. A small charge will be added for the online convenience.
CLICK HERE to download and printout a mail-in form. Payment must be made prior to teeing off on Saturday. No pay, no play.
Tee time preference requests are not necessary for these two tournaments. The M/G has a shotgun start and the Club Championship assigns tee time according to HCP.
